When can i expect delivery of my new staircase? delivery can be as quick as 2 days for a standard softwood staircase if you so wish. normally we offer a delivery of 7-10 days for a standard softwood or american white oak. other hardwoods and more intricate designs are 2-3 weeks. How do i protect my stairs whilst awaiting build completion of my property? our softwood stairs are despatched in heavy polythene wrapping. hardwood stairs are despatched protected in bubble wrap. we also offer a plywood tread protection at a small extra cost.
